So, the company I work for is getting ready for a long overdue web site redesign. For most of us that work in the web industry it is a no-brainer that the site should be compliant with current web standards but I was reminded that the vast majority of people out there still don’t know what web standards are and why they’re important.
In doing some quick research to provide a business case I compiled this list of links that may be useful other people that find themselves in my position.

It’s important to note these things sometimes.
A work in progress. I’ll update the photos as is comes a long. I’m not really sure where its going at the moment. It started by just creating a problem … just slapped some paint on the canvas so I had to do something with it. After that I was inspired by a few magazine ads for the composition. The focus is on the palette, and I’m just feeling that out as I go.
Well I wouldn’t call it 100% done because there are a lot of details left to add but the new site is up and functioning. I’d appreciate any creative criticism. In the near future I’ll be adding some icons here and there and maybe a few free design resources.

When I’m not in front of a monitor I’m typically listenting to, playing, or seeing music. You can find some unfinished examples of my music below. I also paint.
